Dukkah crusted salmon

 




This unique tangy, crunchy & nutty crust is the perfect addition to Australia's wonderful local seafood.

  • Rub both sides of salmon fillets with Lemon Myrtle olive oil.
  • Cook skin side on barbecue or non stick pan for 3 minutes. 
  • Turn over & coat skin sides with a layer of Saltbush Dukkah. Cook for a further 3 min or until cooked through.
  • Serve with salad & saffron rice.
